Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing your order
We process orders as quickly as we can. When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Shipping options and rates
- Standard shipping: free on U.S. orders of $75 or more, and the Sleep Fortress Bundle always ships free. Under $75, the standard rate is shown at checkout. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 10 days after your order ships.
- Express shipping: $15, available at checkout on eligible orders. Express is faster than Standard.
The shipping options and rates available to you are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers and events outside our control.
Check your address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, email us right away, and we will do our best to fix it before your order ships. We cannot change the address after it has shipped.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, is lost, or arrives damaged, email us at esterwellnessig@gmail.com with your order number and we will make it right.
